When you buy a licence using this website, Behest Software electronically stores a small amount of information relating to the transaction. This is kept to enable you to subsequently upgrade your licence or recover your licence should you lose it.

The following data is stored in the web server:

• The name of the individual or organisation the licence is made out to
• The name of the computer the licence is made out to

Further to this, the above information, your email address, and your full name are stored securely on the company's desktop PC in case you should lose your licence or need it transferring to another PC.

None of the data stored on the web server or PC will ever be given or sold to any other organisation or individual.

Under UK law, you have the right to request to see all data relating to yourself stored by Behest Software and to have it removed, should you so wish.
